The MP for North Tongu and Ranking Member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Mr. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has said that the Minority Caucus in Parliament have notified the Ghana Police Service of their “irrevocable intentions to lead a series of picketing actions” at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) on Wednesday March 30th, 2022.

According to the Member of Parliament, this is “to protest the continuous illegal, unconscionable and extortionist COVID-19 antigen testing by the iffy Frontiers Healthcare Services Ltd.”

“Enough of the cruel profiteering from a pandemic!” he added.

The notice:

Mr. Ablakwa took it to his Facebook page to announce that “all is set” for the protest, following a successful meeting with the Greater Accra Regional Police Command led by DCOP Denis Abade.

He writes:

“We have just concluded a successful meeting with the Greater Accra Regional Police Command led by DCOP Denis Abade.

All is set for our picketing of the Kotoka International Airport on Wednesday the 30th of March, 2022 at 3pm.

Time up for the Frontiers and Cronies covid testing robbery.”
