ECG to go on break “in observance of the Easter holidays”[Photo]

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has released a statement to inform their customers and the general public that their offices will be closed for business from Friday 15th April to Monday 18th April, 2022.

This according to the country’s electricity provider is “in observance of the Easter holidays”.

The statement:

“The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) wishes to inform our cherished customers and the general public that, in observance of the Easter holidays, our offices will not be opened for business from Friday 15th April to Monday 18th April, 2022.

Customers and the general public can access our services through our digital platforms, i.e. ECG Mobile App, Web Portal, Short Code *226# or visit a private vending point. Prepaid Customers are advised to purchase enough electricity credit to carry them through the Easter season.

ECG shall resume usual business right after the Easter holidays from Tuesday 19th April, 2022.

ECG wishes you a happy Easter holidays.”
