In a statement issued on Monday, September 6, the police said their team has spoken to all related parties and found out that the missing went on her mission on her own as “the Lands Commission did not assign Mrs Rhodaline Amoah-Darko on any official work, neither was she assigned with any colleague to do any work leading to her disappearance”.

The team also found out that “no other staff of the Commission or any other person linked to Mrs Rhodaline Amoah-Darko has been declared missing or found dead”.

A clinical psychologist has since been engaged to provide psychological support to the family of Mrs Amoah-Darko, who is said to be the wife of a popular lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

The support will also be extended to her colleagues at the Lands Commission.

The statement signed by the Acting Director-General of Public Affairs of the Service, ACP Kwesi Ofori, assured of giving further details on the matter.
